Hi, I’m Dawn!

I created Breath & Wild because I know first hand how our breath can transform lives from stuck, stressed, or disconnected, to feeling fully alive, aligned and present.

Over the past five years, I’ve studied both the ancient wisdom and modern science of breathwork helping people move out of fight-or-flight, into creative flow, deep calm, and living a more expanded life.

This isn’t just about breathing and relaxing. It’s about gently reshaping the pathways in your mind and body helping you let go of old patterns and create space for something new and more aligned.

After realising I was overthinking some things I wondered if breathwork could help release some of the issues and calm myself.  Dawn has also been my Pilates teacher for over 12 years and I so I decided to book myself a session. Whilst the session was quite intense, it was also extremely relaxing.  Dawn was reassuring and took me to places inside myself I have never allowed myself to go. I left the session so calm and understanding myself in ways I could not have thought possible.
