Release - An energising, dynamic session that invites you to release stress, emotion, and tension from the body, resulting in feeling more relaxed, with more clarity and that beautiful inner glow.
Expand - A more gentle, slower breath journey that guides you into deep presence and inner calm. With extended, rhythmic breath cycles, helping you to enter a space of peace and clarity. It’s perfect for nervous system regulation, stress release, and quieting the mental noise.
Hi I'm Dawn,
Breathwork guide, movement teacher and curious soul.
I’ve spent over 20 years teaching movement, from Pilates to breath-led flows. I’ve always been fascinated by the way the body speaks and how the breath is the language it responds to most deeply.
My first breathwork experience happened by accident… or maybe it was fate. I walked into a session with no idea what to expect and I walked out changed, glowing, grounded with a deep inner calm I’d never experienced before.
Since then, I’ve trained in a range of breathwork methods, nervous system education, and somatic tools - and created my own signature flows to help others experience what I did - freedom, connection, and deep calm.
