Welcome To Breath And Wild
I Created to help you breathe easier, move freer, and reconnect to your wilder self.
So many of us are living in constant overdrive - stressed, tired, tense, and disconnected from our own bodies.
Breath & Wild is a space to press pause.
To come back to yourself.
To use your breath as a tool for healing, clarity, and expansion wherever you are in life.
Here, we combine grounded science with ancient wisdom. Breath to awaken. Stillness with moments of pause. All to help you feel better, live lighter, and remember who you are underneath the noise.
Why Breathwork?
Because how you breathe affects everything — your energy, your mood, your ability to focus, how well you sleep, how you handle stress, and how deeply you connect to others (and yourself).
Most people are breathing in ways that actually work against them.
I teach you how to breathe for yourself.
What I love most about this work is witnessing the moment when someone realises they don’t need to force change.
Sometimes all that is needed is the space to pause, breathe, and allow the body to do what it already knows how to do.
Over time my work naturally began to evolve into what is now Breath & Wild.
A space where breath, movement, and exploration come together.
Because alongside my love for this inner work, I’ve always felt deeply connected to the idea of living fully — exploring beautiful places, experiencing new cultures, and remembering that life is meant to be lived with curiosity and courage.
Breath & Wild is an expression of both of those things.
It’s about creating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, release what they’ve been carrying, and feel a little more free, alive, and open to what life might hold next.
When I’m not teaching breathwork you’ll often find me exploring somewhere new, planning the next adventure, or simply walking outdoors and enjoying the quiet rhythm of breathing and being.
Hi I'm Dawn,
Breathwork guide, movement teacher and curious soul.
For many years, I was fascinated by the connection between the body and the mind.
My background began in movement. I spent years teaching Pilates and working with people who wanted to feel stronger, more comfortable in their bodies, and more at ease in their everyday lives.
Again and again I saw something interesting.
People didn’t just carry tension in their muscles, they carried stress, emotions, and life experiences in their bodies too.
Often what someone needed wasn’t just stronger muscles or better posture. They needed a way to release what they had been quietly holding for a long time.
This curiosity is what eventually led me to breathwork.
And it changed everything.
Through the breath, I began to see how powerful it can be to gently move out of the thinking mind and reconnect with the body.
Breathwork allows us to access parts of ourselves that words often can’t reach — emotions that need space to move, tension that has built up over time, and the quieter voice inside us that we sometimes forget to listen to.
Ready to Begin?
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You just need to come home to your breath.
